This webinar combines new data from a cross-conference study done in fall 2019 with pre-existing literature on load management to model a better way to train volleyball athletes, with a focus on injury reduction and prevention. We question how pre-season training currently operates and offer evidence-based sample return-to-play protocols. We compare different training methodologies and specifically detail the practicality of the high-low method.
