Travis Fuller is the Director of Player and Coach Development at The Academy Volleyball Club. His primary role with the club is to establish the training principles and implementation plan for The Academy Indianapolis, Boiler Juniors, Grand Park and Boys programs. The presentation will break down the different training elements and phases, how information is shared with the coaches, and the steps to get the plan implemented throughout the season. As Travis works through the presentation he will bring up common challenges that all club directors and Head Coaches of high school programs face throughout their training journey.
