Creating personal confidence in players and taking the focus off of the internal noise of wondering what others are thinking always increases productivity on the court.
This session will use Don Miguel Ruiz's 4 Agreements in an athletic setting to increase individual confidence and strengthen team bonding in a non-threatening and easy to understand manner.
1) Learn the importance of impeccable word among teammates and how that looks in action
2) Quiet internal noise by teaching players not to take anything personally
3) Increase confidence by understanding where assumptions are made and how to stop this practice
4) And lastly, learn and communicate to players the real meaning of the phrase "always do your best" and the effect this has on team productivity.
