This webinar will begin with a presentation highlighting the importance of accountability, where Jamey Slife, The Program's Director of Operations and Lead Instructor, will share his experiences from the battlefield and how it pertains to athletic teams. Jamey and Leadership Instructor Omri Rachmut will then cover common problems team’s face and offer solutions, as well as discuss how a culture of accountability can be attained within your team. The Program is a team building and leadership development company working with over 160 collegiate and professional athletic teams annually.
